Reason 16 - Don't Think She Would Have Made Detective
Why did it take the great policewoman 27 days (one death and the loss of all the kids) to figure out that Goodwin ran out of the jungle and not into it? Admittedly, no one else clued into this but then they are not trained as keen observers are they?

gotta blame that one on the shows writers. that was a weak plot twist.
